운동하고 나서 항상 먹는 단백질 쉐이크예요. 가루 형태로 돼 있는데 저는 근육을 키우기 위해 세 스푼을 넣어요 가격도 저렴하고 맛있어서 여기 것만 먹게요

가성비가 최고네요 바나나 크림이라 맛이 궁금했는데 진짜 바나나 크림이 맞네요 그러니까 바나나 음료(우유)에 생크림얹어 먹는맛이랄까 약간 느끼한 맛이 있으나 못먹을 맛은 아니네요 단지 포장간단한거는 좋은데 스푼에 맞춰 긁어 먹기는 불편하고 풀림도 5점 만점에 3.5점 정도? 그래도 갓성비입니다
