Shipping Policy

Flat Rate Shipping for US and Korea

  • For US shipments: A low flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies to all orders under 5 lbs.
  • For Korea shipments: Orders under $45 qualify for free shipping, while orders over $45 incur a $4 customs clearance fee.

Shipping Policy

  • All domestic US residential shipments are handled via UPS Ground.
  • Any address changes, order cancellations, or delivery interception requests after order processing will incur a $10.00 fee.
  • Orders returned to MONSTERZYM STORE due to an incorrect address or order cancellation will be subject to a $10.00 fee and a 10% restocking charge.

Return / Refund Policy


Packing

All orders are packaged in accordance with MONSTERZYM’s standards, including appropriate use of tape, cushioning materials, and box size/quantity.


Return Process

Returns and exchanges due to change of mind must be requested within 10 days of receiving the product.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, and items must be returned to the U.S. address below:

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us via 1:1 Inquiry or email to request an exchange or return
  2. Ship the product back to the MONSTERZYM U.S. return address
  3. Once the return is confirmed, an exchange product will be shipped or the return will be processed

Returns/Exchanges May Be Denied in the Following Cases:

  1. The item is lost or damaged due to customer’s responsibility
  2. The value of the item has significantly decreased due to use or consumption
  3. The value of the item has significantly decreased due to the passage of time, making resale difficult
  4. The product was custom-made based on the customer’s request and has already entered production (e.g., Cardillo belts)
  5. The product has already been used or opened, and packaging is damaged affecting resellability

For issues related to wrong delivery, damage, or product defects, please contact customer service via 1:1 Inquiry or KakaoTalk.
Be sure to attach proof such as photos of the invoice, product, or box, and provide a reachable contact number.


General Notes

  1. If a return is due to customer error or dissatisfaction, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  2. For missing items, please contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. For damaged items, please report the issue to customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
  4. Cash on Delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.
  5. MONSTERZYM Store is not responsible for damages caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., protein bars melting due to heat).
